Alina Peermohamed

Alina is a qualified shipping lawyer and Associate for Stann’s London office.

Alina’s practice covers the full spectrum of wet and dry matters. She has worked on litigation matters in the English Commercial and Admiralty Courts, as well as LMAA arbitrations. Alina has worked on cases involving collisions, salvage, cargo claims, issues of waste disposal, the detention of vessels in different jurisdictions and engine failures.

Alina has also assisted in cases involving sanctions, evidence collection in anticipation of litigation, as well as cases involving MARPOL violations. Alina continues to develop her skills in Maritime law whilst working in time-pressured situations.
