With over 35 years of specialist experience in marine insurance and admiralty law, Victor has advised shipowners, insurers, salvors, and other participants in the shipping industry on a wide range of complex marine casualty and insurance matters.

Victor’s practice has focused predominantly on major marine casualties, including collisions, groundings, fires, salvage operations, total losses, and pollution incidents. He has considerable experience managing high-value, technically complex claims, coordinating with surveyors, experts and international legal teams, and advising clients on liability, recovery, and dispute resolution.

Victor has substantial experience in matters involving both English and international maritime law.
